Ive been reading your blog off and on for a few hours and this one hit home with me. So many agencies that sell social services are clueless. You can see this by looking at the way they package the services – when a sales person comes in offering a “gold” “silver” or “bronze” solution which is a pre defined package you can be sure that there is nothing bespoke about it and nothing to directly target you customers which is what social is all about!
